Member of Parliament for Charnwood
Ed was elected to represent the residents of Charnwood constituency at the 2015 general election.
He was born in 1972 in Ashford and educated at the Harvey Grammar School.
Ed graduated from Oriel College, Oxford, gaining a degree in Modern History.
Prior to becoming an MP, Ed was a councillor and Cabinet lead member at Westminster City Council from 2006-15.
