Whistlestop Tour of local industries by County Leader David Parsons "Putting Leicestershire First."
County Council leader David Parsons has been visiting three local and highly successful businesses in Leicestershire.
As part of the "Putting Leicestershire First" campaign, David visited Cooper Bussmann, a global manufacturing business and major exporter, at Burton on the Wolds, specialising in industrial fuse gear. (see first photograph to right with L-R David Parsons, CEO of Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce Martin Traynor, and Cooper Bussmann Manufacturing Manager Sarah Grant, during a tour of the factory). In the fourth photograph on the right, David Parsons meets with press operator Michelle Glenn during his factory tour.
David then went on to visit 3DX-Ray at Barrow on Soar, who produce X-ray inspection equipment for security and industry (see second photograph to right where David Parsons (left) is viewing a detailed x-ray of a drill with company CEO Louise George).
and Affixxius Productions, a corporate video production company, based at Sileby. (see third photograph to right where David Parsons (left) is with Business Development Manager Jo Gallagher).
