County Council candidate for Belvoir division
Bryan Lovegrove was born and raised in Thorpe Arnold in a large farming family. He went to school in Melton Mowbray, following which he attended Brooksby agricultural college.
Phil was first elected to Leicestershire County Council in May 2021 for Market Harborough and Foxton division.In May 2025, he was re-elected for the Gartree division winning 48% share of the vote.Gartee division covers district wards of Kibworths, Glen & part of Billesdon Wards
